Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new email account in no time and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
